Newborn Photography Contract

A client contract for newborn photography sessions, plus a minor image release form and adult image release form.

When you provide newborn photography sessions, there are many unique clauses that you need to include to address potential circumstances that can arise with your client. For example, you may wish to give clients the option of booking their session for a tentative period based on their due date or you may wish to set a specific date to photograph a baby who is already born.

As life with a newborn is anything but predictable, a newborn photography session. can be too. What do you if the baby is inconsolable the entire time and you cannot capture a single photo? How will you handle postponements and/or cancellations due to medical issues with the baby?

This contract will prepare you for all of these scenarios and more!
