Hosting a retreat is a lot of work! No doubt you want to document those memories, share it with the rest of your community, and use retreat images and videos for future marketing efforts.
In order to use images or videos of your attendees, you will need to obtain their consent in this Retreat Image Release Form.
Simply download, customize with your details, and send it away to attendees for their signature ahead of your retreat. You can also print off some extra copies to have on hand, so attendees can fill out the form when they arrive.
